The fans of water sports wait for the event impatiently on the spit near Posolskiy bay of Lake Baikal. It will be held from 16 to 18 of August. During 2 days of competition there are reble kayaking, snorkeling, windsurfing, kite surfing, beach volleyball. The spectators and participants of the festival will take part in spectacular rides, in the evening under Baikal stars dancing and ,of course, incendiary OPEN AIR.
